•How much do you charge for shipping?
We charge a standard shipping/handling fee of $6.95/item for all
items except name frames, which due to their smaller size ship
for $3.95 each.
•How long will my order take to arrive?
We make every effort to send out orders within 24 hours of their
placement if they are in stock. Personalized orders may take
longer. Please allow three to four weeks for delivery. Need it
faster? We offer expedited shipping for in-stock items -- email
us for details.
•How is it sent?
Via U.S. mail or UPS. All orders are well packaged and guaranteed
to arrive in top condition.
•What if my order arrives damaged?
Just call or email
us with the details and return the damaged goods;
we will replace the item(s) at no charge.
•Do you handle special orders?
All mats can be custom-engraved for a $10 fee per mat.
•What forms of payment do you accept?
